A PROTEIN/OMEGA FATTY ACID DISH OVER ASPARAGUS SPEARS

It was quite a filling lunch this afternoon. Paired some hard-boiled eggs with warm sardines and onions along with nature’s butter (avocado). Served same on a bed of garlic-flavored asparagus spears.

Added a few whole grain crackers on the side (not in pic). I was happy and satiated.
