CREAMY TURNED CORNMEAL (POLENTA) WITH JAMAICAN JERK WINGS
Decided to serve up my turned cornmeal (polenta) with diced roasted pumpkin and Jamaican jerk wings. I was super-happy with the spicy, creamy and sweet mixture of flavors. I couldn’t resist. As you can observe, (in pic) turned cornmeal is served in a coconut husk. After all, coconut was a huge part of the dish.
